We take pride in our work and ensure that you will be happy with the outcome of your project. We work with you through the whole process to make certain that you get the custom space you envisioned. We do our best to make the whole process as simple for you as possible, while also giving you the freedom to be as involved as you wish. If you want to pick out every item and just have us install them, we are happy to do that. If you don't want the stress of selecting everything and trust us to create a beautiful space, you can just give us an idea of the style you're looking for, and we will handle the rest.

Angi Super Service Award winners have met stringent eligibility requirements, across ratings and reviews. Pros on Angi qualify for the award by obtaining 3 or more services-performed reviews during the review period, maintaining a current and lifetime rating of at least 4.5 stars. The SSA winners must be in good standing with Angi and have undergone our verification/screening.

If you don't want the stress of selecting everything and trust us to create a beautiful space, you can just give us an idea of the style you're looking for, and we will handle the rest.

Our typical project is broken in to five draws that are due upon completion of predetermined progress points. A standard payment schedule for a full remodel would look like the following;


  1. Signing draw
  2. Completion of demolition
  3. Completion of rough-ins (rough electrical, rough plumbing, and rough HVAC)
  4. Completion of flooring, trim, and cabinetry
  5. Completion of final punch list (meaning all items have been completed, and you have signed off)


During the design phase, we will determine if we are buying the materials on your behalf, such as faucets, tile, etc. We include an allowance for materials in our proposal based on how much our average clients spend on those items. If you don't use the full allowance, the difference will be credited towards your final payment. If you go over your allowances, the total difference will be determined and there will be a change order to account for the difference. That way we can get everything ordered and on site before we begin demolition. If you would like us to supply all of your selectable materials, we would require the cost of those materials upon the signing draw.

"Do you offer a warranty?"

Everything we touch during the course of your project will have a minimum of a one-year warranty. Our tile showers have a lifetime warranty, backed by Schluter.
